The Moto3 competition at the Malaysian GP turned into a disaster. When the Moto3 champion José Antonio Rueda and the Swiss rider Noah Dettwiler got into a terrible collision just before the beginning of the race. The clash that took place at the Sepang Circuit during the formation lap left everyone – spectators and riders – aghast. The collision was so violent that both riders were hurled into the center of the track. Track marshals rushed to the scene as medical teams arrived within seconds.

Urgent Medical Response and Concern

After initial treatment at the Sepang Circuit’s clinic, doctors decided to transfer José Antonio Rueda by helicopter to a major hospital nearby. The 19-year-old Moto3 champion recently earned his world title and was one of the top hopes for the future of motorcycle racing. Medical authorities have not yet confirmed the extent of Rueda’s injuries.

Noah Dettwiler, who also rides a KTM, sustained injuries but was reported to be conscious after receiving medical attention. His condition is being monitored at the circuit medical center. Both riders’ teams and loved ones are awaiting updates, while Moto3 organizers promised to share details once confirmed.
